基于谐波分析的PMSM齿槽转矩补偿

针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)物理结构存在的固有齿槽转矩脉动会导致电机运行时速度波动的问题,提出了一种齿槽转矩补偿方法.首先,结合齿槽转矩产生的机理,设计了齿槽转矩补偿方法;其次,利用专用设备获取电机齿槽转矩数据,然后结合快速傅里叶变换(FFT)进行谐波分析,在线计算拟合转矩补偿量,对控制器的转矩指令进行补偿,可降低齿槽转矩脉动的影响;最后,对该方法进行了实际的测试验证,结果表明该方法可有效降低伺服电机齿槽转矩脉动引起的速度波动.
PMSM Cogging Torque Compensation Based on Harmonic Analysis
A cogging torque compensation method is proposed to reduce the problem of speed fluctuations during motor operation caused by the inherent cogging torque ripple prompted by the physical structure of permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM).Firstly,a cogging torque compensation method was de-signed based on the mechanism of generating cogging torque;Using specialized equipment to obtain motor cogging torque data,and then combining with fast fourier transform(FFT)for harmonic analysis to calcu-late the fitted torque compensation online,which compensated for the torque command of the controller to reduce the impact of cogging torque ripple;Finally,practical testing was conducted,and the results showed that it can effectively reduce speed fluctuation of servo motors caused by the cogging torque ripple.
