Simulation Based Bottleneck Identification and Optimization of Human Resource Allocation in Bogie Frame Workshop
A simulation based method for identifying bottleneck processes and optimizing human resource allocation in complex workshops that require the production of multiple types of bogie frame is proposed,as there are unreasonable issues with fast and accurate identification of bottleneck processes and precise alloca-tion of human resources.Firstly,conduct a detailed investigation of the workshop,a simulation model was established based on Factory Simulation software to accurately simulate the production of a real workshop;Next,perform feature analysis on key parameters such as equipment utilization and WIP quantity in the out-put of the simulation model.Systematically identify bottleneck processes and make bottleneck optimization plans based on process characteristics;Then,the Simulated annealing algorithm is constructed based on Java language,and the goal is to minimize the total number of human resources allocation and the total time to complete the plan,so as to optimize the human resources allocation scheme;Finally,verify and determine the final optimization plan.
