Construction of Three-Dimensional Fractal Theoretical Model of Contact Stiffness of Conical Joint Surface
Conical interference connection is a common connection method. It can withstand large axial load and bending load, and has good stiffness and bearing capacity. Therefore,it is widely used in engineering practice.Because the two-dimensional fractal model of the cone joint surface cannot reflect the contact prob-lem between the actual conditions of the cone joint surface. Therefore, this paper considers the establishment of a three-dimensional fractal model of the conical joint surface. The model first establishes the contact coeffi-cient of the conical joint surface, and considers the introduction of the friction coefficient and the asperity in the elastic deformation stage, the plastic deformation stage and the complete plastic deformation stage. The normal load model, the normal contact stiffness model and the tangential contact stiffness model of the coni-cal joint surface are established respectively to better meet the actual contact situation of the conical joint sur-face.The research results provide a theoretical reference for the design of the conical interference connection.
