PMSM Double Loop Servo System Control Based on Fractional Order Synergetic
Aiming at the problems of slow dynamic response and poor anti-interference performance in the double-loop servo control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a fractional order synergetic speed controller based on disturbance observer is proposed to replace the traditional PI control-ler.In this paper,the traditional symbolic function is replaced by the arctangent trigonometric function,and the fractional manifold based on the nonlinear error function is used to replace the traditional integral mani-fold.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of large current fluctuations when the current loop a-dopts the PI controller,this paper uses two current controllers based on fractional order synergetic control to control the current on the d and q axis respectively;finally,a simulation model is built according to the con-trol block diagram of the PMSM system.The simulation is carried out,and the speed loop control strategy and the current loop control strategy are compared respectively.The experimental results show that the PMSM double-loop servo system based on fractional order synergetic control can improve the current con-trol performance of the system and have better anti-interference performance.
