针对汽车后雨刮生产线数字孪生项目实现虚实映射过程中,面临大量零散映射数据缺乏有效的信息组织管理、导致开发人员难以获取相关数据和重用性不高的问题,对基于本体的生产线数字孪生知识网络模型构建方法进行研究.从生产线数字孪生实现过程出发,提出了涵盖虚拟样机层、自动控制层和生产流程层的孪生数据知识网络结构模型.结合基于字符串、语义和结构的相似度算法及集成学习技术,建立本体融合的框架模型,实现了对孪生数据的信息融合,为后期孪生服务应用打下基础.
Research on Ontology Modeling of Rear Wiper Production Line Based on Digital Twin
In order to solve the problem of lack of effective information organization and management of a large number of fragmented mapping data,which makes it difficult for developers to obtain relevant data and low reusability in the process of realizing virtual-real mapping for digital twin project of automotive rear wiper production line,the ontology-based digital twin knowledge network model construction method of production line is studied.Based on the realization process of digital twinning in production line,a twin-ning data knowledge network structure model covering virtual prototype layer,automatic control layer and production flow layer is proposed.Combining the similarity algorithm based on string,semantics and struc-ture and ensemble learning technology,the framework model of ontology fusion is established to realize the information fusion of twin data,which lays a foundation for the application of twin services in the future.
