为提高数控车削效率,优化生产质量,减少刀具磨损控制生产成本,提出一种基于改进引力搜索算法的数控车削参数优化方法.建立车削参数优化模型,通过多目标约束条件,确定参数优化的取值范围.通过多目标引力搜索方法,确定中心质点位置和质量,衡量质点优劣程度,经过迭代收敛在空间中搜索最优解.利用质点适应度函数并引入混沌思想改进算法实现全局优化.在混沌映射下反复推演质点的最佳位置,获得最终的优化参数最优值.实验结果表明:所提方法能很好地完成参数优化,降低生产成本,具备良好的有效性和鲁棒性.
Optimization Method of CNC Turning Parameters Based on Improved Gravity Search Algorithm
To improve the efficiency of CNC turning,optimize production quality,reduce tool wear and control production costs,a CNC turning parameter optimization method based on improved gravity search algorithm is proposed.Establish a turning parameter optimization model and determine the range of parame-ter optimization values through multi-objective constraint conditions.By using a multi-objective gravity search method,the position and mass of the central particle are determined,and the quality of the particle is measured.After iteration and convergence,the optimal solution is searched in space.Utilizing particle fit-ness function and introducing chaos idea to improve the algorithm for global optimization.Repeatedly infer the optimal position of particles under chaotic mapping to obtain the final optimal value of optimization pa-rameters.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively optimize parameters,re-duce production costs,and has good effectiveness and robustness.
