Modeling of Static Stiffness of Ball Screw Based on Integrated Process Deviation
In order to establish an accurate theoretical model of the axial static stiffness of the ball screw sub,analyze the influencing factors and laws of stiffness,Based on the effect of integrated process deviation on the full ball load distribution of the ball screw,an axial static stiffness model is established,and a calcula-tion formula conforming to the axial static stiffness of the ball screw under integrated process deviation is pro-posed.Taking GZ3206T type ball screw as an example,and then Based on the integrated process deviation,it is used Ansys Workbench 2022 R1 finite element software to do Analytical experiments and do comparative experiments by axial static stiffness test rig for verification.The consistency of the experimental results is 87.85%to 98.7%,Thus,the accuracy of the axial static stiffness model of the ball screw was verified for the integrated process deviation,provide a reference basis for analyzing and improving the design of ball screw transmission accuracy and load carrying capacity assessment.
