基于违反程度的协同优化方法研究及应用

针对多学科协同优化算法计算量大、收敛速度缓慢、动态松弛因子失效问题,提出了基于系统级设计变量违反程度改进的动态松弛因子,使松弛因子里的系统级搜索范围因子不再是定值而是动态变化,并将各子学科原目标函数动态加权一个递减函数,把它们统一加权到子学科现目标函数中,既减小松弛因子失效的可能性,又加深了各子学科之间的独立性.通过算例对改进的算法进行验证,计算结果表明,改进的算法收敛速度快,结果精度也有明显的提高,最后改进的算法应用在轮胎成型鼓上.
Research and Application of Collaborative Optimization Method Based on Violation Degree
Aiming at the problems of large computation amount,slow convergence speed and failure of dy-namic relaxation factor of multi-disciplinary collaborative optimization algorithm,a dynamic relaxation fac-tor based on the improvement of violation degree of system-level design variables is proposed,so that the system-level search range factor in the relaxation factor is no longer fixed but dynamically changes,and the original objective function of each subdiscipline is dynamically weighted to a decreasing function.By weighting them uniformly into the objective function of subdisciplines,the possibility of relaxation factor failure is reduced,and the independence between subdisciplines is deepened.Examples are given to verify the improved algorithm,and the results show that the improved algorithm converges quickly and the accura-cy of the results is obviously improved,Finally,the improved algorithm is applied to the tire forming drum.
