Research on Multi-Objective Electroplating Scheduling with Improved SSA
Aiming at the problem that the multi-objective electroplating production system could not mini-mize the energy consumption and the makespan at the same time,a double objective model was estab-lished,and an enhanced salp swarm algorithm(MC-SSA)was proposed to solve the model.MC-SSA di-vided salp swarm algorithm optimization algorithm(SSA)into two different follower groups,embedding local moth-flame optimization algorithm(MFO)to update the location of"follower Group A"to improve global exploration,and introducing communication mechanism(CM)strategy to update the location of"follower Group B"to improve local exploitation capability.Through the performance comparison experi-ments of the algorithms and actual production case,the optimization accuracy and convergence speed of MC-SSA are superior to other algorithms,and the target value has significantly decreased after algorithm optimization,indicating that MC-SSA has better optimization ability and the double objective model can generate better production schemes.
