摘要

云制造环境下,车间供需匹配环境中任务存在复杂性和多样性特点,紧急插单现象时常发生,这可能导致难以在合理的时间段内找到最优解决方案.针对这一问题,提出了一种针对车间供需环境的制造资源动态调度方法,以最大完成时间、能耗、成本为优化目标,提出一种改进的NSGA-Ⅲ算法(INSGA-Ⅲ)进行求解,引入了组合初始化、反向生成、自适应交叉与变异、变邻域搜索策略以提高算法的求解能力.通过某航空零部件加工实例证明,所提算法在求解车间供需匹配组合问题上有一定的优势,并可以供决策者提供多种机床分配方案.

Abstract

In facing the problem of frequent emergency order insertion in the production process of aero-space parts and the dependence on manual experience for production scheduling,we propose a rescheduling algorithm based on the improved NSGA-Ⅲ( INSGA-Ⅲ) .We construct an optimization model that consid-ers multiple factors in terms of maximum completion time,energy consumption,and cost.In order to take full advantage of the features of the constructed model,we introduce strategies such as combinatorial initial-ization methods,adaptive cross-variation,variable neighborhood search,and backward generation into the NSGA-Ⅲalgorithm.Finally,we apply the method to the processing scheduling of an aviation enterprise and find that our proposed method has obvious advantages compared with other comparative algorithms by ana-lyzing the optimization results.This research not only theoretically expands the application of NSGA-Ⅲal-gorithm in the field of aviation manufacturing,but also provides an effective solution to solve the urgent or-der insertion problem in production scheduling in practice.
