Objective To explore value and coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT enhanced scanning in diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods The paper chose 66 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to Yangcheng City the First People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022,confirmed with surgical and pathological examinations, and analyze application value of different scanning methods with multi slice spiral CT plain and enhanced scanning. Results Diagnostic accuracy of contrast-enhanced CT scan and plain CT scan was 96.97%and 65.15%respectively.Accuracy of contrast-enhanced CT scan was significantly higher than plain CT scan(P<0.05).Surgical pathology revealed 84 lesions.CT enhanced scanning detected 81 lesions in arterial phase, accounting for 96.43%,78 lesions were detected in the venous phase, accounting for 92.86%,and 79 lesions were detected in balance phase, accounting for 94.05%.CT enhanced scanning showed significantly higher proportion of detected lesions than CT plain scanning(P<0.05).Diagnostic accuracy of CT enhanced scan for diffuse, nodular, and massive patients was 95.24%,96.55%,and 100.00%respectively.Accuracy of CT plain scan was 52.38%,55.17%,and 100.00%respectively.Detection rate of CT enhanced scan for diffuse and nodular patients was significantly higher than CT plain scan(P<0.05).Main manifestation of MSCT plain scan was low density, while MSCT enhanced scan showed, most of the arterial phase had uneven and obvious enhancement,at venous phase, enhancement of lesion decreased with low density mainly,a few showed equal density.During equilibrium period, degree of enhancement decreased, with low density mainly,a few showed equal density or slightly high density. Conclusion Enhanced multi-slice spiral CT enhanced scanning can achieve high diagnostic accuracy, facilitate identification of specific lesion types, and provide scientific imaging basis for disease diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer patients, which is worthy of application and promotion.
