摘要

目的 探究胶体金法复检传染病常规阳性标本的应用成效.方法 选取南京市六合区人民医院2018年1月1日—2022年12月31日用化学发光法检测出的传染病常规阳性标本,实施胶体金法复检传染病常规阳性标本.结果 梅毒抗体、丙肝抗体、乙肝表面抗原阳性标本逐年增加,2022年与2018年相比较,梅毒抗体、丙肝抗体、乙肝表面抗原阳性标本分别增长109%、103%、65%,复查成本分别增长111%、97%、63%.2018-2022年间,联合应用胶体金法,三个项目共为科室节约成本72985.9元,节约的试剂可以对外为科室增加效益205568.9元.结论 胶体金法复检传染病常规阳性标本,应用成效理想,可以节约成本,而且能够提高检出效率.

Abstract

Objective To explore application effect of colloidal gold method to retest routine positive specimens of infectious diseases.Methods The paper chose routine positive specimens of infectious diseases detected by chemiluminescence method from January 1,2018 to December 31,2022 in Nanjing City Liuhe District People's Hospital,and retested routine positive specimens of infectious diseases with colloidal gold method.Results Positive samples of syphilis antibody,hepatitis C antibody and hepatitis B surface antigen increased year by year.Positive samples of syphilis antibody,hepatitis C antibody and hepatitis B surface antigen increased by 109%,103%and 65%respectively compared with 2018,retest cost increased by 111%,97%and 63%respectively.Total cost of 72985.9 yuan was saved for the department with colloidal gold method for three items from 2018 to 2022,and saved reagents could increase benefits for the department by 205568.9 yuan.Conclusion Colloidal gold method can achieve ideal application effect for retesting routine positive specimens of infectious diseases,can save costs,and improve detection effect.
