Diagnostic Value of CA12-5,CA19-9 Combined with CEA Detection for Endometrial Cancer
Objective To explore diagnostic value of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA12-5),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA19-9)combined with carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)for patients with endometrial cancer. Methods The paper chose 48 patients with endometrial cancer in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 as observation group;127 healthy individuals with physical examination during the same period as control group.Levels of CA12-5,CA19-9,and CEA were measured with MAGLUMI X8 chemiluminescence analyzer.Levels of CA12-5,CA19-9,and CEA were compared between two groups, levels of tumor markers in subjects of different genders and ages were analyzed.Diagnostic effect of CA12-5,CA19-9,CEA,and combination in endometrial cancer was analyzed by drawing ROC curves. Results All 48 patients with endometrial cancer were diagnosed with pathological examination, levels of tumor markers CA12-5,CA19-9,and CEA in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in positive rates of CA19-9 and CEA among patients of different age groups(P<0.05).ROC curve results indicated combined detection of tumor markers CA12-5,CA19-9,and CEA had higher sensitivity in diagnosis of endometrial cancer than single indicator(P<0.05),specificity was lower than single indicator(P<0.05).Conclusion Tumor markers CA12-5,CA19-9,and CEA are highly expressed in endometrial cancer, with difference among different age groups.Combined detection of different tumor markers can achieve high diagnostic Effect.
