Discussion on the Detection of Dose-equivalent Rate Around the Plane in Fluoroscopic Protected Area Operated Near the Platform
Objective Through the analysis of the radiological health equipment inspection report of digital subtraction angiography X-ray equipment(DSA equipment)used for interventional radiology diagnosis and treatment,the change of the ambient dose equivalent rate of the fluoroscopic protection area detection plane in the acceptance test and the same equipment over the years.To put forward discussions and suggestions.Methods According to the statistics of DSA equipment newly accepted by Guangzhou Southern Medical University Medical Equipment Comprehensive Testing Co.,Ltd.in recent years and the dose equivalent rate of the same equipment on the X-ray protection area detection plane changed in three years,the statistical data were analyzed to meet the requirements of WS 76-2020"Quality Control Test Specification for Medical X-ray Diagnostic Equipment".Results All the newly accepted equipment could meet the requirements of WS 76-2020,among which the surrounding dose equivalent rate of the abdominal position of the second operation mentioned in the specification was the highest.Most of the test results of the same equipment for three consecutive years did not change drastically.Conclusion It is necessary to pay more attention to the radiation protection amount of the staff near the station other than the first operation,pay attention to the daily maintenance and management of the protective facilities,strengthen the use of personal protective equipment and strengthen the awareness of personal protection,and reduce the exposure dose of the staff.
