Clinical Value Research of Magnetic Resonance DWI Combined with MRS in Diagnosis of Brain Tumors
Objective To explore value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)in diagnosis of brain tumors. Methods The paper chose 80 suspected brain tumor patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022,treated with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)DWI and MRS examinations, and analyzed detection and diagnostic effect of MRI DWI combined with MRS examination,ADC values of brain tumors and normal tissues, and changes of tumor metabolites of different brain tumors with gold standard of results of surgical pathological examination. Results Positive rate of magnetic resonance DWI combined with MRS examination was 88.75%based on gold standard of results of surgical pathological examination, there was no statistically significant difference compared with gold standard(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and misdiagnosis rate of magnetic resonance DWI combined with MRS compared with gold standard,(P>0.05).Comparison of ADC between different brain tumors and normal tissues showed significant statistical significance(P<0.05),comparison of metabolites in different brain tumors showed significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)can provide clear diagnosis and differentiation based on ADC values and changes of metabolites in diagnosis of brain tumors, and provide rich reference for treatment of clinical diseases.
