Ultrasound Manifestations and Clinical Pathological Features Analysis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of ultrasonography in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Among the PCOS patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022,35 cases were selected as the observation group and 35 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared by ultrasonography.Results There were significant differences in the number of follicles,follicle diameter,ovarian volume,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,end-diastolic flow rate,peak systolic flow rate,resistance index and pulse index of the subjects(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonography can effectively clarify the abnormal condition and judge the condition of PCOS patients.
