Multivariate Logistic Regression Analysis on Effect of Vaccination Rates of Migrant Children And Intervention Effect Research of Kindergarten Health Co-management
Objective To explore effect of multiple logistic regression analysis on vaccination rate of migrant children and intervention effect of kindergarten health management. Methods The paper chose 16837 mobile children treated with vaccination from March 2021 to February 2023 as study subjects, and divided them into vaccination group(n=16515 cases)and non vaccination group(n=322 cases)based on missed or overdue vaccination.Based on data review of two groups, univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was carried out for possible influencing factors.Nnon vaccinated mobile children were divided into control group and observation group randomly, with 161 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine intervention, while observation group with kindergarten health management intervention on the basis of control group. After 4-week intervention, intervention effect between two groups was compared. Results Out of 16837 migrant children with vaccination,322 were not vaccinated, accounting for 1.91%.Result of univariate and multivariate logistic regression showed independent influencing factor of vaccination rate for migrant children included illness of children, low immunity,no vaccination after being ill, vaccination being not available, vaccination outside the area or district, not being recorded(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, vaccination rate, adherence to medical advice, vaccination methods, and awareness of vaccination precautions in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many influencing factors for vaccination rate of migrant children, different factors can interact and affect each other.Strengthening kindergartens health cooperation and intervention of migrant children can improve vaccination rate and awareness rate, which is worthy of promotion and application.
