Application Value of 128 Row Spiral CT Image Post-Processing Technology in Diagnosis of Complex Site Fractures
Objective To evaluate accuracy of 128 slice spiral CT image post-processing technology for patients with complex site fractures.Methods The paper chose 57 patients with suspected complex site fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to July 2023,treated with routine X-ray examination and 128 slice spiral CT image post-processing technology examination,summarized examinations results and compared accuracy between groups.Results ① 39 cases with suspected complex site fractures were diagnosed positive,accounting for 68.42%;18 cases were negative,accounting for 31.58%.36 cases were positive by routine X-ray examination,accounting for 63.16%;21 cases were negative,accounting for 36.84%.Post-processing technology of 128 row spiral CT images showed positive for 38 cases,accounting for 66.67%;19 cases were negative,accounting for 33.33%.② Sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of 128 slice spiral CT image post-processing technology examination(97.44%,100.00%,98.25%,100.00%,94.74%)for suspected complex site fractures was higher than routine X-ray examinations(79.49%,72.22%,77.19%,86.11%,61.90%).Validation value during the period showed P-value<0.05,which fully confirmed difference between groups.Conclusion 128 row spiral CT image post-processing technology can achieve relatively high accuracy for patients with complex site fractures.
