Effect Observation and Treatment Study on Medullary Decompression Drainage and Pulp Preservation Method on Acute Pulpitis
Objective To explore curative effect of medullary decompression and drainage combined with pulp preservation method in treatment of acute pulpitis. Methods The paper chose 80 patients with acute pulpitis admitted to Huizhou City Zhongda Huiya Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as study subjects, and divided them into control group and study group randomly, with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with pulp preservation therapy, while study group with early medullary decompression and drainage surgery.Clinical effect, pain level, inflammation indicators, and long-term effect between two groups were compared and observed, treatment effect was compared. Results Treatment effect in study group was higher(P<0.05,χ2=4.7895),pain scores after treatment in study group were higher,(P<0.05),incidence of complications in study group was lower(P<0.05,χ2=3.9273).Inflammation indicators of study group after treatment were better than control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Nursing satisfaction degree of study group was higher than control group,P<0.05.After 6 months of follow-up,success rate of treatment in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early myelotomy decompression and drainage surgery can improve clinical symptoms, reduce pain symptoms, prevent complications with high safety, control inflammation indicators significantly, and achieve satisfactory evaluation for patients with acute pulpitis with significant treatment effect, which can be widely applied in clinical practice.
