Study on the Application Effect of Composite Skin Graft and Skin Soft Tissue Dilatation in Burn Plastic Treatment
Objective To compare and analyze the effects of composite skin graft and skin soft tissue dilatation in burn plastic surgery patients.Methods Ninety burn patients who received plastic surgery treatment in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups based on admission time,with 45 cases in each group.Among them,patients who underwent skin soft tissue expansion surgery were selected as Group I,and composite skin transplantation was selected as Group Ⅱ.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Ⅰ set of clinical curative effect(95.56％)and wound satisfaction(95.56％)is significantly higher than Ⅱ group(82.22％),(80.00％)(P<0.05);The postoperative recovery index of group Ⅰ was significantly better than that of group Ⅱ(P<0.05);The incidence of complications was 6.67％,which was significantly lower than 24.44％in group Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of burn plastic surgery,compared with composite skin transplantation,skin and soft tissue expansion is more beneficial to improve the curative effect,promote wound healing,reduce pain and improve the safety of surgical treatment.
