Correlation Analysis of Pulse-oscillating Lung Function,Exhaled Nitric Oxide and recurrent asthma in children
Objective To analyze the correlation between pulse oscillating lung function, exhaled nitric oxide and recurrent asthma in children. Methods 120 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected to be included in the study.According to whether they relapsed 6 months after standard treatment, they were divided into recurrence group(n=47)and control group(n=73),and pulse oscillatory pulmonary function was analyzed[oscillation frequency 20]The correlation between respiratory resistance(R20)at Hz,pulmonary elastic resistance(X5),resonance frequency(Fres),respiratory resistance(R5)at 5Hz),exhaled nitric oxide and asthma attack. Results R5,R20,X5,Fres and FeNO in recurrent group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that both Fres and FeNO were risk factors for asthma in children(P<0.05).The indexes of R20,X5,R5,Fres and FeNO in asthma patients were used as test variables for ROC analysis, and the results showed that The AUC of R20,X5,R5,Fres and FeNO were 0.676,0.712,0.683,0.767 and 0.792,respectively,and the AUC of the five indexes combined for predicting asthma was 0.886,which was higher than that detected by each index alone(P<0.05).Conclusion IOS combined with FeNO has a good effect in the detection of asthma in children, and it is positively correlated with repeated attacks of asthma in children, which can provide a judgment basis for diagnosis and has certain clinical value.
