目的 观察海黄补肺方联合穴位贴敷治疗尘肺病的临床疗效.方法 选取2019年8月—2021年8月本院治疗的尘肺病患者42例为研究对象,所有患者均为男性,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,其中,对照组患者22例,观察组患者20例.对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采取海黄补肺方联合穴位贴敷治疗.治疗3周后,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征、6min步行试验评分和肺功能水平,影像学检查.结果 观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6min步行距离高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组呼吸困难指数较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);观察组治疗后一秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、FEV1/FVC值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在常规治疗基础上,采用海黄补肺方联合穴位贴敷治疗尘肺病,可改善尘肺病患者的临床症状和肺通气功能,提高患者生活质量,临床疗效较佳,值得推广应用.
Clinical Observation on 20 Cases of Pneumoconiosis Treated by Haihuang Tonifying Lung Prescription Combined with Acupoint Application
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Haihuang tonifying lung prescription combined with acupoint application on pneumoconiosis.Methods 42 patients with pneumoconiosis treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021,all of whom were male,were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,22 patients in the control group and 20 patients in the observation group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Haihuang tonifying lung prescription combined with acupoint application on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,clinical symptoms,signs,6-minute walking test score and lung function level of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and imaging examination was performed.Results The effective rate of the control group was 63.64%,and that of the observation group was 95%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The walking distance of 6 minutes after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,dyspnea index of observation group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1,the value of FEV1/FVC in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,Haihuang tonifying lung prescription combined with acupoint application in the treatment of pneumoconiosis can reduce the clinical symptoms of pneumoconiosis patients,improve lung ventilation function and improve life quality,clinical efficacy is better,worthy of promotion and application.
