Correlation Study on Symptom Distress and Life Quality of Acute Myocardial Infarction After PCI
Objective To explore and analyze correlation of symptoms and life quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.Methods The paper chose 140 patients with acute myocardial infarction with PCI in cardiovascular department of our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 convenience sampling method as research subjects.Enrolled patients were surveyed with general information questionnaire,a symptom and disease distress questionnaire, and World Health Organization life quality assessment questionnaire.Correlation between symptom distress and life quality was analyzed with Pearson correlation analysis. Results the paper included 140 patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI,aged 41~72,with average of(56.34±12.41).Among them,89 were males, accounting for 63.57%,and 51 were females, accounting for 36.43%.Questionnaire survey showed symptom distress scores were(6.32±2.47)points,pain symptom distress scores were(6.25±2.43),fatigue symptom distress scores were(6.74±2.42),and asthma symptom distress scores were(5.98±2.51),life quality scores were(59.44±14.92).The Pearson correlation analysis showed there was negative correlation between symptom distress and life quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI,with correlation coefficient r=-0.348,P=0.032,and correlation analysis of all dimensions showed(P<0.05).Conclusion Symptom distress of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI is at a high level, degree of symptom distress is negatively correlated with life quality.Clinical medical personnel should identify symptoms and troubles of patients in time, adopt corresponding coping strategies, reduce degree of symptoms and troubles and improve life quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.
