Clinical Efficacy of Mudan Granules in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Mudan granules in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Fifty cases of DPN patients treated in our hospital during 2020.05-2023.04 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with mecobalamine, and the experimental group was supplemented with mudan granules. The treatment period of the two groups was the same, and the relevant clinical indexes were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);Before treatment, two groups of patients with SF-36 There were no significant differences in SF-36 score, triglyceride level and sensory and motor conduction velocity of right median nerve and common peroneal nerve(P>0.05).After treatment,SF-36 score of experimental group was higher than control group, triglyceride level was lower than control group, and sensory and motor conduction velocity of right median nerve and common peroneal nerve were higher than control group,all(P<0.05).The disappearance time of acroparesthesia, numbness and pain in experimental group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Mudan granules in the treatment of DPN has a good effect, can improve the quality of life, improve nerve conduction speed, and contribute to the recovery of symptoms, worthy of clinical application.
