Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type of Helicobacter pylori associated gastric disease,and to explore the correlation of the evolution of syndrome elements.Methods 60 cases of Helicobacter pylori related gastric disease were selected,and the evolution rules of patients were collected and observed with the help of TCM syndrome types and syndrome elements questionnaire.Results After investigation and analysis,the main symptoms of the patients were acid reflux heartburn,stomach pain,stomach distension,loss of appetite,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,etc.Compared with all kinds of stomach diseases,there were great differences(P<0.05).From the comparison of the frequency of tongue image syndrome,the frequency of red and yellow tongue was the highest in patients,and the frequency of damp-heat syndrome was the highest in TCM syndrome type comparison,both P<0.05.Conclusion The TCM syndrome type of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastric disease was mainly damp-heat syndrome and liver and stomach disharmony syndrome,and the disease and syndrome type syndrome elements were correlated.
