Anesthesia Effect Research of Ultrasound-Guided Lumbar Quadratus Muscle Block on Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery Patients
Objective To analyze anesthesia effect of ultrasound-guided lumbar quadratus muscle block treatment in laparoscopic surgery.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 90 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery in Shenzhen Hospital,University of Chinese Academy of Sciences from March 2021 to February 2023,and divided them into groups according to different types of anesthetic drugs.Reference group(treated with 30ml of 0.25%ropivacaine for bilateral lumbar muscle block,n=45),combination group(with 30ml of 0.25%ropivacaine+0.5ug/kg of dexmedetomidine for bilateral lumbar muscle block,n=45).Intraoperative blockade and anesthesia effect,postoperative anesthesia effect was compared between two groups.Results Onset time of sensory blockade in combination group was shorter than reference group,duration of sensory blockade was shorter than reference group.Scores of sensory blockade were lower than reference group,assumed validation showed significance(P<0.05).Onset time of motor block in combination group was shorter than reference group,duration of motor block was longer than reference group,there was no significant difference in motor block scores(P>0.05).Pain levels in combination group at 2 hours,4 hours,8 hours,and 12 hours after surgery were lower than reference group(P<0.05).However,there was not much difference in pain levels between two groups at 24 hours(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in Ramsay scores between two groups at 2,4,8,12,and 24 hours after surgery(P>0.05).Dosage of sufentanil,effective number of compressions,and actual number of compressions in combination group was lower than reference group,satisfaction degree for pain relief was higher than reference group.Assumed validation showed significance(P<0.05).Difference in toxic side effect between two groups of was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine+dexmedetomidine bilateral lumbar quadratus muscle block under ultrasound guidance can achieve ideal analgesic effect for anesthesia of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients,can reduce dosage of both drugs.
