Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of Gursu in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods This study started in March 2021 and ended in February 2023,involving a total of 50 research samples,all of which were treated in our hospital with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.The study was divided into reference group and experimental group according to the principle of systematic random selection,with 25 research samples in each group.The reference group was treated with mechanical ventilation and the experimental group was based on the reference group Gursu treatment was administered on the basis of the treatment.Focus on blood gas index,respiratory parameter index,treatment duration The therapeutic effect and complication rate were discussed and analyzed.Results After the intervention of different treatment methods,the blood gas index of the experimental group was significantly superior to that of the reference group,P<0.05,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant.The respiratory parameter index of the experimental group was significantly superior to that of the reference group,P<0.05,the difference between the groups had statistical significance;The treatment duration of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group,P<0.05,the difference between the groups had statistical significance;The treatment effective rate of children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,P<0.05,and the difference between the groups had statistical significance;The complication rate of children in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05,and the difference between the groups had statistical significance.Conclusion The application of Gursu therapy in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the body function,improve the therapeutic effect,and help the children to quickly return to a healthy life.
