Research of Adverse Reactions of Antidepressants and Effect on Treatment Compliance
Objective To explore adverse reactions of antidepressants and effect on treatment compliance.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with depression admitted to Jianhu County the Third People's Hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups according to randomized control table,with 30 cases in observation group and 30 cases in control group.Control group was treated with routine antidepressant medication treatment,while observation group with soothing liver-qi stagnation capsules in addition to routine antidepressant medication.Degree of depression(HAMD scores),adverse reactions,and treatment compliance(MARS scale)was compared between two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,HAMD scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse drug reactions after treatment in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).treatment compliance in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reducing incidence of adverse reactions of depression patients after medication can improve compliance and enhance life quality of patients effectively.
