Analysis of Nursing Teaching in Infectious Diseases Department Based on Progressive Teaching Method
Objective To analyze the effect of progressive teaching method in the teaching of nursing staff in infectious diseases department.Methods After the approval notice of the Medical Ethics Committee was issued,30 nurses who practiced in the Department of Infectious Diseases of our hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into groups with a ratio of 1:1.The control group received the conventional teaching mode and the observation group received the progressive teaching mode.The concern about different items and the satisfaction with teaching work of the practicing nursing students in the two groups were investigated,and the mastery of the theoretical knowledge of infectious diseases,nursing operation skills,infectious disease protection measures and actual work of the department was assessed between the two groups,and the teaching effect was compared and analyzed.Results In addition to the worry about medical malpractice,the other worry items indicated that the observation group was lower(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate of teaching work in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);The scores of internship nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);in the theoretical knowledge of infectious diseases,nursing operation skills,infectious disease prevention measures and actual work of the department.Conclusion The progressive teaching mode has a significant effect on the teaching of nursing staff in the department of infectious diseases,which can effectively reduce the concern degree of internship nursing students about relevant situations and enhance relevant professional knowledge with the mastery of skills,the nursing teaching work was more recognized and satisfied.
