Effect Research of Prospective Psychoelastic Intervention on Postoperative Recovery of Spinal Fracture Patients
Objective To explore effect of prospective psychoelastic interventions on postoperative recovery of patients with spinal fractures. Methods The paper chose 60 patients with spinal fractures with surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 as study subjects, and divided them into two groups randomly with number table method, with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine intervention, while observation group with combination of prospective psychoelastic intervention. After 4-day nursing for two groups, scores of Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),Basic Activity of Life(BADL),Fall/Bed Fall Risk Assessment,Pain Number Scale(NRS),walking ability, satisfaction degree, and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results After 4 days of intervention,NRS and fall/fall risk assessment scores in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Scores of MMSE and BADL were higher than control group(P<0.05).After 4 days of intervention,Holden grading and 6-minute walking test distance in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Walking time of 10m was shorter than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in incidence of spinal cord injury, pulmonary infection, and constipation between two groups during perioperative period(P>0.05).After 4 days of intervention, satisfaction degree with service attitude, intervention methods, and intervention content in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective psychoelastic intervention can improve cognitive function, enhance living activity, reduce risk of falls/falls,alleviate pains, improve walking function and reduce complications incidence of spinal fractures patients, which can achieve high satisfaction degree and is worthy of promotion and application.
