摘要

在空勤科护理管理当中应用细节管理,将细节管理的重要性充分体现出来,加强细节管理在空勤科护理管理中的落实,对于促进护理质量的提高和预防差错事故、减少护患纠纷以及提高空勤人员护理满意度等具有重要意义.

Abstract

Application of detail management can fully reflect importance of detail management in nursing management in air service department.Strengthening detail management in nursing management in air service department is of great significance to improve nursing quality,prevent errors and accidents,nursing disputes,and improve nursing satisfaction degree of flight attendants.
