Evaluation of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technique in Outpatient Patients with Headache of Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Channel
Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing technology in TCM nursing outpatient clinic.Methods Fifty patients with foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian headache admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into groups according to different treatment methods,a total of 25 cases of conventional nursing patients were used as the reference group,and a total of 25 cases of patients in traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology group were used as the research group,to compare the nursing effect.Results The treatment effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05,x^2=6.838).The pain score and symptom score after intervention were lower in the study group than in the reference group(P<0.05),and the whole blood viscosity,hemocytometer and red blood cell aggregation index in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Compared the levels of triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and total cholesterol after treatment,the study group was(2.49±0.37)mmo1/L,(3.28±0.65)mmol/L,(5.05±0.62)mmo1/L,respectively,which were better than the reference group,P<0.05.For the incidence of adverse reactions,the difference between the two groups was P>0.05.The score of quality of life after nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology can effectively eliminate clinical symptoms,improve hemorheology indexes,reduce adverse reactions,high safety and improve quality of life for patients with foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian headache in outpatient department.
