Effect Study of Airway Management Based on Rapid Rehabilitation Concept in Thoracoscopic Radical Surgery of Lung Cancer Patients and Its Effect on Rehabilitation and Complications
Objective To explore effect of airway management based on rapid rehabilitation concept in thoracoscopic radical surgery of lung cancer patients and its effect on rehabilitation and complications. Methods The paper chose 60 lung cancer patients with thoracoscopic radical surgery admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to April 2023 as study subjects, and divided them into two groups randomly, with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing, while observation group with airway management based on rapid rehabilitation concept. After 2-week nursing, rehabilitation effect, daily living ability, respiratory function, blood gas levels, and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results After 2 weeks of intervention,BADL scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Anal exhaust, retention of chest tube, retention of urinary tube, and length of stay in control group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,FVC,FEV1,and PaO2 decreased in both groups, level of PaCO2 increased, levels of FVC,FEV1,and PaO2 in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).PaCO2 level was lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection, pulmonary leakage, atelectasis, respiratory depression, and pleural effusion in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Airway management based on rapid rehabilitation concept can promote recovery, improve daily living ability, respiratory function and blood gas levels, and reduce incidence of postoperative complications in thoracoscopic radical surgery of lung cancer patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
