Recovery Effect of Predictive Nursing Intervention for Pulmonary Infection of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Patients in ICU
Objective To explore recovery effect of predictive nursing intervention on pulmonary infection of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in ICU.Methods The paper chose 80 ICU hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into observation group(treated with predictive nursing)and control group(with routine nursing)randomly, with 40 cases in each group.Pulmonary infection and recovery effect of patients was evaluated. Results Infection duration and length of stay of observation group was less than the other group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 5.00%,relatively lower than 20.00%in control group,(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in NIHSS scores and Barthel scores between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, above scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can reduce duration of infection effectively, shorten length of stay further, reduce incidence of adverse reactions, which has positive effect on recovery of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in ICU.
