Effect of Individualized Hemodialysis Nursing Guidance on Maintenance of Autologous Arteriovenous Fistula in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy
Objective To analyze the value of individualized instruction for dialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods The experimental subjects were 76 diabetic nephropathy dialysis patients,who were divided into control group(n=38)and experimental group(n=38)by balanced allocation method before nursing,and were respectively given routine nursing and individualized guidance,and compared the nursing effect.The study started and ended from June 2021 to December 2022.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower complication rate,lower anxiety and depression scores,higher patient satisfaction,shorter clinical symptom relief time and shorter nursing time,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During hemodialysis treatment for diabetic nephropathy patients,individualized nursing guidance can not only improve sleep quality,but also improve the quality of sleep,Bad mood,shorten the time of clinical symptom relief and nursing time,but also reduce the occurrence of various complications,further improve the satisfaction of patients,so as to ensure the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment,worthy of promotion.
