Improvement of Self-care Ability and Lung Function in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis by Respiratory Exercise Rehabilitation Nursing
Objective To explore the application value of respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing for pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,122 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the study group was treated with respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing based on the control group.The self-care ability,lung function and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of self-care ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC indexes of study group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing is helpful to improve patients'self-care ability,improve their lung function,and the overall implementation effect is good.
