The Application of All Position Comfort Nursing Mode in Electronic Rhinolaryngoscopy
Objective To explore the role of the whole position comfort nursing mode in electronic rhinolaryngoscopy.Methods A total of 114 patients receiving electronic rhinolaryngoscopy admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,57 patients in each group.The control group received routine examination and nursing,and the observation group received full-position comfort nursing intervention.The incidence of iatrogenic injury,patient withdrawal and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of iatrogenic injury in the control group was 24.56%,and the incidence of endoscopic extraction was 26.32%,,in the observation group 5.26%,3.51%,P<0.05,the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant;the total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was%,and that in the observation group was 5.26%,P<0.05,the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The intervention of all-position comfort nursing mode for outpatient electronic rhinolaryngology patients can greatly reduce iatrogenic injury and the situation of patients withdrawing the mirror,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and has high promotion value.
