To Study the Effect of Targeted Nursing on Improving Anal Pain and Defecation after Anorectal Surgery
Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing on improving anal pain and defecation after anorectal surgery. Methods A total of 94 patients who received surgical operations in the department of anorectal surgery of Zhongda Hospital were selected from April 2021 to June 2022.The patients were divided into two groups(n=47)by random number table method:reference group(routine care)and experimental group(targeted care). After nursing, the first postoperative defecation time, the first postoperative defecation time, the frequency of defecation within 2 weeks after surgery, the postoperative VAS score and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared and evaluated between the two groups. Results After nursing, the first postoperative defecation time and first postoperative defecation time in experimental group were shorter than those in reference group, and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The frequency of defecation within 2 weeks after operation in experimental group was higher than that in reference group, the difference was significant(P<0.05);VAS scores of experimental groups 24 hours after surgery,48 hours after surgery and 72 hours after surgery were lower than those of reference group, and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was lower than that in reference group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing intervention for patients undergoing surgery in anorectal department can improve the postoperative anal pain and promote patients to return to normal defecation.
