Application Analysis of Risk Assessment Nursing in Operating Room during Surgical Nursing
Objective To analyze application of risk assessment nursing in operating room nursing.Methods The paper reviewed and chose 500 surgical patients in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups with 250 cases in each group.Results Incidence of risk events in risk assessment nursing group was,lower than 12.00%of routine risk nursing group(χ2=15.440,P<0.05),incidence of adverse events was,lower than in routine risk nursing group(χ2=21.291,P<0.05),scores for item preparation,sterile item management,sterile operation,and nursing document writing were higher than routine risk nursing group(P<0.05),and proportions of anxiety,depression,fear and worry were lower than routine risk nursing group(P<0.05).Nursing error rate was,lower than in routine risk nursing group,(χ2=14.184,P<0.05),incidence rate of medical accidents was,lower than in routine risk nursing group,(χ2=9.246,P<0.05),nursing satisfaction degree was 98.00%(245/250),higher than in routine risk nursing group(χ2=29.915,P<0.05).Conclusion Risk assessment nursing in operating room nursing can achieve better application effect than routine risk nursing.
