Clinical Correlation Study Between Pancreatic Echo Changes under Ultrasound and Diabetes Patients
Objective To analyze clinical correlation between pancreatic echo changes under ultrasound and diabetes patients. Methods The paper chose 205 patients with abdominal ultrasound examination from February 2022 to February 2023,and divided them into two groups based on examination results.Reference group was treated with normal pancreatic echo, including 150 cases, experimental group with enhanced pancreatic echo, incluiding 55 cases.Incidence of diabetes, blood glucose, blood lipid, pancreatic thickness and diameter, and pancreatic echo intensity was analyzed. Results ① There were 20 cases of diabetes in test group, with total incidence of 36.36%(20/55),and 9 cases of diabetes in reference group, with prevalence rate of 6.00%(9/150).There was significant difference between groups,P<0.05.② Fasting blood glucose of experimental group was(8.77±1.16)mmol/L,and triglycerides were(3.02±0.42)mmol/L,both higher than control group, with statistical significance,P<0.05.③ Thickness and diameter of various parts including head, body, and tail of pancreas showed that indicators in experimental group were higher than reference group, with values of(1.23±0.14)cm,(1.10±0.23)cm,and(1.09±0.14)cm respectively. There was statistical significance between two groups, with P<0.05.Conclusion Pancreatic echo enhancement can reflect increased risks of blood glucose and blood lipid indicators, and increased risks of diabetes, and can obtain information including visceral fat infiltration during pancreatic scanning, which can provide effective reference for follow-up treatment.
