Application Effect Analysis of Digital Guide in Maxillary Anterior Dental Aesthetic Area Implantation
Objective To study the effect of using digital guide plate in maxillary anterior dental aesthetic area implantation.Methods From April 2022 to May 2023,fifty patients who needed to receive maxillary anterior aesthetic area implantation were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The number of implants in the study group was 32 and the number of implants in the control group was 30.The therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results The treatment satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The deviation of implant location in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The dental plaque index of the study group was lower than that of the control group;After treatment,the aesthetic effect score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The probability of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital guide in maxillary anterior dental aesthetic area can reduce the deviation of implant position,improve the dental plaque index,aesthetic effect and dental score after restoration,It is worth using to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
