Investigation and Correlation Study on Tuberculosis Related Knowledge and Attitude of College Students
Objective To investigate tuberculosis related knowledge and attitude of college students,analyze related influencing factors,and propose relevant measures for tuberculosis prevention and control based on results analysis.Methods The paper chose 2000 college students in our university from June 2022 to June 2023 for surveyed,to understand their knowledge and attitude on tuberculosis with questionnaire method.Results The study surveyed 2000 college students,collected1897 valid questionnaires,with a questionnaire effect rate of 94.85%.After investigation,awareness rate of 1897 college students on tuberculosis knowledge was only 38.48%.Awareness of tuberculosis and AIDS,free treatment institutions and tuberculosis formal treatment time was low.Average scores of tuberculosis knowledge were(6.16±2.83).Analysis of related factors affecting tuberculosis knowledge and attitude of college students with multi factor analysis method showed,understanding of tuberculosis knowledge was related to grade,home address,timely medical treatment in hospital of resource area,willingness of normal contact with tuberculosis patients,professional type and tuberculosis knowledge education.Conclusion As a whole,awareness of tuberculosis related knowledge of college students needs to be improved,schools should pay attention to health education and strengthen propaganda and education on tuberculosis,to promote their awareness of tuberculosis prevention and treatment.
