Effect of Amniotic Membrane Transplantation and Autologous Conjunctival Transplantation on Visual Quality Corneal Refraction and Tear Film Function in Patients with Pterygium Surgery
Objective In this paper, the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation and autologous conjunctival transplantation on visual quality of corneal refraction and tear film function in patients with pterygium surgery was briefly analyzed and discussed. Methods All patients undergoing pterygium operation in our hospital were screened, and 100 patients admitted from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the main objects of this study, and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with amniotic membrane transplantation, while the control group was treated with autologous conjunctival transplantation to complete the treatment,by comparing the two groups of patients with visual quality corneal refraction and tear film function, treatment satisfaction and the incidence of complications after treatment, and finally complete the amniotic membrane transplantation and autologous conjunctival transplantation on the visual quality corneal refraction and tear film function of patients with pterygium surgery observation and discussion. Results The corneal refraction and tear film function of the two groups were observed. Before treatment, the corneal refraction and tear film rupture time of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).One month after treatment, the corneal refraction of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the tear film rupture time of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The treatment satisfaction of the two groups was observed, and the total treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications after treatment was observed in the two groups, and the total incidence of complication infection, dry eye and astigmatism in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of observing and discussing the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation and autologous conjunctival transplantation on visual quality corneal refraction and tear film function of patients undergoing pterygium surgery, amniotic membrane transplantation can greatly improve patients'treatment satisfaction, reduce the total incidence of postoperative complications, infection, dry eye and astigmatism, improve patients'visual quality, reduce corneal refraction and prolong the time of tear film rupture,it can also maintain aesthetic appearance, therefore, amniotic membrane transplantation can be greatly promoted and applied in clinical treatment.
