Efficacy of Amlodipine Besylate Combined with Valsartan in the Treatment of Senile Hypertension and Levels of SBP and DBP Analysis of Influence
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of amlodipine besylate combined with valsartan in the treatment of senile hypertension and its effects on diastolic and systolic blood pressure.Methods:A total of 72 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital were selected.The time distribution limit was from March 2022 to March 2023.By random drawing,36 cases were included in the reference group and the valsartan treatment program was implemented,and 36 cases were included in the experimental group.The combination treatment of amlodipine besylate and valsartan was performed to evaluate the clinical efficacy,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the differences in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure before and after treatment,and the differences in quality of life scores between the two groups.Results After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were compared with those of the reference group,and the differences were(P<0.05).The evaluation level of the treatment effect of hypertension in the experimental group reached 97.22%(35/36)compared with 77.78%(28/36)in the reference group,the difference was(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment of hypertension in the experimental group was 5.56%(2/36),compared with 13.89%(5/36)in the reference group,the difference was(P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the reference group,The score level of health status dimension,body pain dimension,physiological function dimension,mental health dimension and emotional function dimension of the experimental group was higher,and the difference was(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine besylate combined with valsartan treatment can improve the blood pressure level and improve the therapeutic effect of elderly patients with hypertension,The safety of treatment is good.
