Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Alb To Creatinine Ratio,Urinary Retinol Binding Protein,Urine Β2 Microglobulin for Diabetes Nephropathy
Objective To explore diagnostic value of combined detection of Alb to creatinine ratio(ACR),urinary retinol binding protein(RBP),and urine β2-microglobulin for diabetes nephropathy. Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed clinical data of 200 patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into groups according to codition of diabetes nephropathy,100 cases in nephrosis group,100 cases in simple diabetes(DM)group, all treated with combined detection of ACR,RBP and β2-MG,and analyze detection result. Results ACR,RBP,and β2-MG levels were significantly different from simple diabetes group(P<0.05).Urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio, urinary retinol, and urine β2-microglobulin leveles of patients with different Mogensen stages of kidney disease group showed significant difference,(P<0.05).Diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of single detection was significantly lower than combined detection(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of ACR,RBP、β2-MG has high detection value for diabetes nephropathy, can detect early renal injury, help evaluate degree of nephropathy, and provide reference for clinical treatment.
