Research Progress of National Essential Medicine System Based on Knowledge Graph
Objective To explore the research progress in the field of essential medicine system in China by using the visualization method of knowledge graph,and to provide reference for the subsequent development in this field.Methods Using bibliometrics and CiteSpace software,literature related to essential medicine system was analyzed from the perspective of researchers,research institutions and keywords,and visual knowledge graph was drawn.Results There were a large number of scholars in this field,and the degree of cooperation among researchers was low;Universities are the main research force,and the cooperation among research institutions is not close enough;Basic drugs,lists of essential drugs,primary medical and health institutions,zero error rate of drugs,rational drug use,etc.are the research hotspots in this field;The high-intensity emergent words such as zero-error rate of drug sales,compensation mechanism,and rural doctors reflect the research frontiers of different periods in this field.Conclusion The research cooperation among researchers should be further strengthened;To promote the cooperation and interaction mechanism among various research institutions in this field;The research hotspots in the field of essential medicine system are consistent with the phased goals of the country in the process of deepening the reform of the medical and health system;In the new era,the research focus in the field of essential medicine system has shifted from the supply side to the demand side.
