Clinical Analysis of Painless Gastroscopy for Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding in Primary Hospitals
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of painless gastroscope in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in primary hospitals. Methods The 106 patients in the comparative experiment were all upper gastrointestinal bleeding disorders, and were randomly divided by lottery according to the difference in diagnosis and treatment methods. The control group using ordinary gastroscopy and the observation group implementing painless gastroscopy were 53 patients each, and the actual application effect of the two groups was compared. Results The experimental data showed that there was no difference between the two groups before diagnosis and treatment(P>0.05),but the heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, respiration, blood oxygen saturation and other indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time, compared with the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of painless gastroscopy in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can not only make the indexes of patients'heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, blood oxygen satiety, and degree in a relatively stable state, but also effectively reduce the occurrence of various complications and provide a strong guarantee for the life and health of patients.
