The Effect of Hegan Decoction on the Clinical Efficacy,the Hp Clearance Rate and the Quality of Life of Patients with Liver and Stomach Depression Heat Type of Hp Positive Peptic Ulcer
Objective To investigate the effects of Hegan Decoction on clinical efficacy,Hp clearance rate and quality of life in patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer(PU).Methods A total of 76 Hp positive PU patients with liver and stomach depression in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into study group(38 cases)and control group(38 cases)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group was given Hegan decoction plus or minus treatment.Score,Hp clearance rate,Hp recurrence rate and quality of life[digestive system Quality of Life index(GIQLI)]were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.74%(36/38),which was higher than that of the control group 76.32%(29/38)(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score(dry mouth,bitter mouth,stomach pain,pantothenic acid,constipation)was lower in two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The clearance rate of Hp in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of Hp was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the GIQLI score of the two groups was increased(P<0.05),and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Hegan decoction in the treatment of Hp positive PU liver and stomach depression can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve the Hp clearance rate,reduce the Hp recurrence rate,and promote the improvement of quality of life.
