The Role of RF,Anti-CCP,AKA Alone or Combined Tests in Rheumatoid Arthritis Examination and Diagnosis
Objective To investigate the role of RF(Rheumatoid factor),anti-CCP(anti-cyclic citrulline polypeptide antibody),AKA(anti-keratin antibody)alone or in combination in the examination and diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 47 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(trial group)and 47 patients with autoimmune diseases without rheumatoid arthritis(control group)admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects, and the detection rate was analyzed to judge the clinical diagnostic value. Results The positive rates of RF,anti-CCP antibody and AKA in experimental group were higher than those in control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no difference in the sensitivity of RF,anti-CCP antibody and AKA alone(P>0.05).The specificity of AKA and anti-CCP antibody was higher than that of RF,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the diagnostic efficiency of RF+ anti-CCP antibody+ AKA was the highest, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of RF,anti-CCP and AKA in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis has significant efficacy and high application value.
