摘要

目的 探究言语训练对孤独症儿童康复治疗的效果及其作用.方法 选择2022年5月—2023年5月本院收治的50例孤独症患儿为研究对象,对其进行一对一言语训练,观察患儿在训练前和训练后临床症状对比情况,比较训练前后ABC、CARS量表评分情况.结果 经过治疗之后,患儿言语障碍、交往障碍及刻板行为等症状均有所改善,ABC评分和CARS评分均比治疗前有所降低,且治疗时间越长其降低效果就越显著,治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对孤独症儿童加强言语训练能够显著改善其临床症状,并且随着治疗的时间延长患儿康复效果越明显.

Abstract

Objective To explore effect of speech training in rehabilitation treatment of children with autism.Methods The paper chose 50 children with autism from May 2022 to May 2023 as examples,treated with one-on-one language training,compared clinical symptoms of the children before and after training,scores of ABC and CARS scales before and after training.Results After treatment,symptoms of speech disorders,communication disorders,and stereotyped behaviors of patients improved.ABC scores and CARS scores were lower than before treatment,the longer treatment time,the more significant reduction effect.Comparison before and after treatment showed(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening speech training can improve clinical symptoms of autism children significantly,rehabilitation effect becomes more pronounced with prolongation of treatment time.
